& Terms" carefully. You will also find useful

Us). Bookings are accepted on the understanding that clients
appreciate the possible risks involved travel such as trekking
or climbing, and carefully read the "Conditions
& Terms" section on this website.
Please check the validity of your passport
(six months validity is mandatory in your passport after arrival).
Please remember to make all the necessary arrangements for
your travel insurance, flight tickets and visas.
We are very sorry, but our office does not deal with managing
clients' insurance, ticketing or visas.
We will send final information and joining instructions
to you approximately three weeks prior to your departure.
A request to transfer your booking to another trip will normally
be treated as a cancellation, so re-booking,
and cancellation charges may apply. We will do our best to
restrict any such losses on your part, but please note that
it may be impossible for us to recover all advance payments,
mainly because we also have to pay deposits for hotels, transport
etc in advance.
Bookings can only be accepted for persons under sixteen
years of age when they are to be accompanied by an adult.
All booking forms in respect of persons under eighteen
years of age must be countersigned by the parent or guardian.
Most trips operate only with a minimum number
of bookings. Therefore, we have to reserve the
right to cancel a trip, refund to you all the money you have
paid, and to offer you an alternative trip. However we operate
small groups, and such a case is rare.
